ARDEX K 40 FLOW is a high-performance self-levelling compound designed for fast and efficient floor preparation before installing LVT, vinyl, carpet or timber flooring. With excellent flow and surface finish, it eliminates trowel marks and imperfections, delivering a smooth, professional subfloor with minimal effort.
Ideal for flooring contractors, this rapid-drying levelling compound is walkable in around 2 hours and can receive floorcoverings in as little as 6 hours, helping you complete projects quickly without compromising on quality.
